While Twitter is buzzing about a woman who thinks she has the right to trademark a word that has been around longer than she has, let’s talk about a book that teaches children to share, shall we? Awhile back, we reviewed Little Bear and His Chair by Claressa Swensen, an adorable book about sharing and friendship. Lady Quinn and Mister Chu were fortunate to receive an ARC of this picture book, but it hasn’t been published yet. Why? Because the author is raising money on Kickstarter to publish it. I’ve already pledged and can’t wait to see this book in the munchkins’ hands.

Did you have a favorite toy as a child, something you didn’t want to share with anyone else? Or did one of your friends have something that they didn’t want to share with you? I think each of us has been on one side or another of this dilemma at one point in our childhood. Check out this adorable book to see how Little Bear and his friends settle their differences 🙂
