Do you like smearing your lunch all over yourself? Do you fight with your sister just because she’s there? Do you find yourself unable to go to bed because mysterious ninjas keep stealing your pajamas? Then you’re a little monster! Guess what: Mom can be a monster too! It’s up to you to make your mom’s monster come out to play…

Megan's review

You open this book and on the title page, you see the dedication “For my sweet Henry: May our toots always be funny, and our laughter change the world.” How can you not bust out laughing?

This book is adorable. 40 pages of monster stunts (dumping out Mommy’s purse is art!) and toots and the illustrations! Simple, colorful, adorable! The message is so incredibly cute – basically, kids, you’re adorable little monsters! And if you do these naughty ingenious little things, you can turn your Mommy into a monster, too, and snuggle with her! The end totally justifies the means! Wait, should I be worried my kids are reading this book over and over and over? Eh – it’s too adorable to be mad! I absolutely loved this book and Mister Chu loves reading it to his sister!
